Rumor : Sony A7S III to Feature 36.4MP BSI Stacked Sensor

Sony A7S III full frame mirrorless camera is rumored to feature a 36.4 MP BSI Multi-aspect Stacked CMOS Sensor.

We already know that the A7S III camera could use the BSI Stacked sensor.  More recently, Sony’s 36 megapixel full-frame 8K sensor has been leaked. The new 36 MP full frame Sony 8K Sensor will be available under the code name IMX435AQJ.

Let’s take a look at how the new Sony A7S III features list comes with the new 36.4 MP BSI Multi-aspect Stacked CMOS Sensor.

According to new details, the Sony A7S III, the low-light king might use this sensor and is expected to be announced in the first months of 2019.
