Sony A7S III full frame mirrorless camera is rumored to feature global shutter sensor and 4K video recording at 60p.
The Japan-baed company did not announce the long-waited A7S III full frame MILC or a new APS-C mirrorless camera in the beginning of 2019. Reports indicates that the low-light full frame mirrorless from Sony will not be on display at the NAB 2019 event. The earliest announcement for Sony A7S III seems to be the end of 2019.

Kinotika has published a new video of a new Sharp 8K Micro Four Thirds Camera. According to the video a Micro Four Thirds prototype camera being shown at CES 2019.
It has a 5-inch vari-angle screen, and records 8K video at 30fps. In order to record 8K video, the sensor needs to have a resolution of at least 33mp (7680×4320).

Meyer-Optik Goerlitz has announced its latest ‘world’s fastest’ f/0.95 lens, launching the Nocturnus 75mm f/0.95, priced at €1,899 on an early bird special.
The German lens maker says the Nocturnus 75mm f/0.95 will have a May 2018 release date and be available in Sony, Leica M and Fuji X mounts.
