Fujifilm GFX 100 to Feature 100MP, 4K video 30p, 10bit, 4:2:0 internally

The flagship GFX 100 medium format camera will feature a 100 megapixel sensor and IBIS. It will record 10 bit 4K up to 30p and the price of the new shooter will be around $10,000. Expect the availability and official announcement in the first quarter of 2019.

Cinema5D interviewed a Fujiflm manager about the Fujifilm GFX 100S concept. Fuji manager told the Cinema5D that the camera will record in 4K, 10bit, 4:2:0 internally with the ability to capture video in 4K, 10bit, 4:2:2 externally via HDMI. This will be the first time Fuji will introduce IBIS to their medium format cameras. … Continue reading

Fujifilm Unveils GFX 100 Megapixels Concept

Fujifilm GFX 100S Development Announcement on September 25

Along with the upcoming Fuji GFX50 R, the company will also announce the development of Fujifilm GFX 100S medium format mirrorless camera.

After the launch of the Fujifilm X-T3 APS-c mirrorless, we are going to meet the Fujifilm GFX 50R on September 25th, just ahead of Photokina 2018. The camera is expected to feature a 50MP medium format sensor.

According to recent reports, there will also be a Fujifilm GFX 100S camera which will feature with a 100MP 44x33mm sensor made by Sony. Other specs is not available yet so stay tuned for more information.  … Continue reading
