The Fujifilm X-T3 sensor is made by Sony not by Samsung. At Photokina 2018, in a recent interview with Managing Director of Fujifilm UK, the 26.1MP sensor inside the Fuji X-T3 is made by Sony and not by Samsung.

Photokina 2018 : In addition to the Fujifilm Instax Square SQ20 Hybrid Instant Camera and Fujifilm GFX50 R Medium Format Mirrorless Camera, Fujifilm also announced the latest development of the G Mount Lens Roadmap for the GFX system of medium format mirrorless cameras.
The latest roadmap adds the new FUJINON GF 100-200mm F5.6 R LM OIS WRtelephoto zoom lens, GF 50mm F3.5 R LM WR compact prime lens and GF 45-100mmF4 R LM OIS WR mid telephoto zoom lens.
