The Fujifilm XF 23mm f/2 WR lens specs has been leaked online ahead of its announcement. The prime optic with bright aperture to be announced before the Photokina 2016 event.

As mentioned earlier, Fujifilm were actively working on a 23mm wide-angle prime lens. Now the trusted sources are claiming that the Fujifilm XF 23mm f2 WR lens will become official at the Photokina 2016 event.

It will be compatible with all X-mount cameras, including the flagship X-Pro2 model. The XF 23mm f/2 WR lens will have a maximum aperture of f/2 and provide a full-frame focal length equivalent of 35mm.

Samyang AF 14mm F2.8 for Sony E-mount Announced

Samyang Optics has unveiled the AF 14mm F2.8 lens. The full-frame Samyang 14mm F2.8 autofocus lens is designed for Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras.

The wide-angle optic includes Ultra Multi Coating and three aspherical lenses. The construction features 14 elements in 10 groups to minimise aberration and unnecessary light dispersion. The lens delivers high resolution from the centre to the corners of the image.

Samyang introduced the 35mm f/1.2 ED AS UMC CS lens for APS-C and Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras.

The prime optic has a bright maximum aperture of f/1.2. The manual focus lens has been designed for users to isolate their subject from the background. It also enables hand-held shooting in low-light conditions. Fujifilm has released an updated X-Mount lens roadmap for 2016.
