Canon has filed a patent in Japan. It is the EF-M 9-17mm f/3.5-5 lens designed for company’s mirrorless interchangeable lens system.
From the patent application we can see that Canon is working on a new super wide-angle zoom lens with a maximum aperture range between f/3.5-5. If becomes available, it will be aimed at Canon EOS-M mirrorless cameras.

DxOMark published their test results for the Zeiss Batis 85mm f/1.8 prime lens which is designed for Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras.
The test results shows the fast prime lens scored 39 points and performed an excellent optical performance. Currently selling for a price tag of $1,199, the optic has been tested using the Sony A7R full-frame E-mount camera.
From the Zeiss Batis 85mm f/1.8 test results, DxOMark finds that the lens offers uniform and strong resolution between f/4 and f/11. Looks like this Summer then the lens will be compatible with all X-mount cameras. XF 23mm f/2 WR lens will have a maximum aperture of f/2. It will provide a full-frame focal length equivalent of 35mm.
