The Olympus E-M1X high-end mirrorless camera will be announced on January 24th. Here is an updated rumors recap of the upcoming Micro Four Thirds sports camera.

Olympus released several Olympus OM-D E-M1 X teaser to show a few quick glances at a new high-end OM-D mirrorless camera in action. Along with the E-M1X, the company will also release a new electronic flash (IM011), wireless commander (IM012) and a wireless receiver (IM013).

Sharp 8K Micro Four Thirds Camera Prototype Spotted At CES 2019

Kinotika has published a new video of a new Sharp 8K Micro Four Thirds Camera. According to the video a Micro Four Thirds prototype camera being shown at CES 2019.

It has a 5-inch vari-angle screen, and records 8K video at 30fps. In order to record 8K video, the sensor needs to have a resolution of at least 33mp (7680×4320).
